The Gozney Dome heat shield minimizes heat loss by sealing the opening. Suitable for Gozney Dome pizza ovens, it increases the oven's efficiency by minimizing heat loss. Made entirely of stainless steel with a wooden handle for a secure grip, the heat shield allows you to minimize heat loss through the opening, making the preheating phase more effective and preventing temperature drops between pizzas. The heat shield is made entirely of stainless steel and features a wooden handle, ensuring a comfortable grip without burning your fingers. Caution: The heat shield is not intended for continuous use of the pizza oven, as extremely high temperatures can occur. It is designed for short-term use during the preheating phase and between pizzas.
