Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession, have a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 100.00 euros. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Special provisions for the return of pizza stones
Due to the particular sensitivity and risk of breakage of pizza stones, returns of this product are generally excluded. If the customer nevertheless expressly requests a return, this can only be granted on a voluntary goodwill basis and with the seller’s prior written consent.
In the event of an approved return, the customer shall bear all costs and risks associated with the return shipment, in particular packaging, shipping and transport costs. The customer is obliged to pack the pizza stone properly and securely for return transport in order to avoid transport damage.
A refund will be issued only for the pure value of the returned pizza stone. Shipping costs, delivery charges or any other fees already incurred will not be refunded.
The seller assumes no liability for damage or breakage occurring during the return shipment initiated by the customer. If the returned pizza stone arrives damaged, broken or not in perfect condition, there is no entitlement to a refund.
