Refund and Return Policy
Any request for a refund, regardless of the payment or complaint method chosen by the customer, including bank chargebacks, PayPal, card payments, or bank transfers, can only be processed after the relevant goods have actually been returned.
The refund will therefore only be issued after the seller has received and inspected the returned goods. Without the return of the goods, no refund can be made.
Biscotto di Sorrento: The product must be returned using the same type of packaging and protective material with which it was originally shipped, in order to ensure adequate protection during return transport.
If the Biscotto di Sorrento arrives broken or damaged at the seller’s premises due to inadequate packaging, the seller reserves the right to refuse the refund in whole or in part in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
The mere initiation of a complaint, a chargeback, or a PayPal procedure does not replace the obligation to return the goods, provided that a return is required under applicable law and these terms.
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession, are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods. by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of about 100.00 euros. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Special provisions for the return of pizza stones
Due to the particular sensitivity and risk of breakage of pizza stones, returns of this product are generally excluded. If the customer nevertheless expressly wishes to return the product, this can only be done on a voluntary goodwill basis and with the seller’s prior written consent.
In the event of an approved return, the customer shall bear all costs and risks associated with the return shipment, in particular packaging, shipping, and transport costs. The customer is obliged to pack the pizza stone professionally and with sufficient protection for return transport in order to avoid transport damage.
A refund is made exclusively for the net value of the returned pizza stone. Shipping costs, delivery charges, or any other fees already incurred will not be refunded.
The seller assumes no liability for damage or breakage occurring during the return shipment initiated by the customer. If the returned pizza stone arrives damaged, broken, or not in perfect condition at the seller’s premises, there is no entitlement to a refund.
