All items with an individual weight under 31.5 kg are shipped to you as parcels. Items over 31.5 kg are delivered by freight carrier.
Shipping & Packaging
We currently ship exclusively within Germany.
Shipping costs are:
€5.90 for stainless steel products
€7.90 for delicate goods such as Biscotto di Sorrento pizza stones
Our Biscotto stones are packed with particular care and impact protection, as they are delicate, handcrafted natural products.
For oversized items, custom dimensions, or particularly large packaging volumes, an additional shipping surcharge may be applied. The final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

FREIGHT SHIPPING
For delivery by freight carrier, please provide a telephone or mobile number in the delivery address where you can be reached during the day.
Our logistics partner will contact you within 1–2 business days after dispatch and propose a delivery date within the following 2–3 business days. Delivery takes place on business days within the agreed time window. Please note that delivery on weekends or public holidays is not possible.
If you are not at home at the agreed time, you can authorize a trusted person to accept the goods on your behalf.
PICKUP (CLICK & COLLECT)
Pickup of ordered goods takes place at our headquarters in Ingolstadt. For fast processing, please have your invoice ready:
