Refund and Return Policy
Any refund request, regardless of the payment or complaint method chosen by the customer, including bank chargebacks, PayPal, card payments, or bank transfers, can only be processed after the relevant goods have actually been returned.
The refund will therefore only be issued after the seller has received and inspected the returned goods. Without returning the goods, no refund can be issued.
Biscotto di Sorrento: The product must be returned using the same type of packaging and protective material with which it was originally shipped, in order to ensure adequate protection during return transport.
If the Biscotto di Sorrento arrives broken or damaged to the seller due to inadequate packaging, the seller reserves the right to refuse the refund in whole or in part, in accordance with applicable law.
The mere initiation of a complaint, a chargeback, or a PayPal case does not replace the obligation to return the goods, provided that a return is required under applicable law and these terms.
