The advantages of our universal fire plate
When the charcoal is placed in the center, the highest temperatures prevail in the inner area around the plancha opening, which is perfect for searing, for example, burger patties and steaks. Towards the outside, the temperature steadily decreases, so that vegetables and other side dishes can be gently cooked at lower temperatures on the outer edge. But distributing the coals on only one side is also possible.
You can easily bring many creative grilling ideas to life here and have a lot of fun doing it. While, for example, steaks sizzle close to the inner opening, onions and potato slices roast to perfection further out. Also try seafood, skewers, or the all-time classic: sausages grilled on the stainless-steel plancha.
Cleaning and care of the stainless-steel fire plate
Before use, the plate should be coated with oil or sprayed with an oil sprayer. A particular advantage is that seasoning is not necessary due to the stainless-steel material. Time-consuming cleaning and seasoning work is therefore eliminated. Cleaning the stainless-steel plate is also less labor-intensive than with a conventional steel plate, as you can use strong grease removers here as well.
When producing the fire plate, the greatest importance was placed on a high-quality material that is ideally suited to its use. Our fire plate is therefore made of stainless steel and has an especially high chromium content. This alloy greatly improves resistance to moisture and thus provides better rust protection. It also effectively minimizes warping under heat.

Residual flour, dough, and ash can easily be removed with a brush or a slightly damp cloth once everything has cooled down. Metal tools such as peels, turners, or brushes should occasionally be treated with food-safe oil to prevent rust. Wooden handles must not be soaked or cleaned in the dishwasher. Regularly checking for wear ensures safety and a long service life.
2. Can spare parts or accessories be purchased separately?
Yes, many spare parts and accessories for pizza ovens can be purchased separately. These include, for example, replacement handles, brush heads, thermometers, or pizza stones.
