Thanks to its perforated surface and low weight, the peel makes working with the pizza oven easy and comfortable, allowing you to prepare your pizzas like a true professional. The innovative teardrop-shaped slots ensure excellent air circulation and help remove excess flour before the pizza is launched into the oven.
The ergonomic, round handle with a diameter of 27 mm provides optimal grip, even with frequent use. The square peel shape makes it easier to pick up and transfer the pizza from the work surface onto the peel.
